Meanwhile, Travel Assistance offers a package of emergency services and benefits to be used at any establishment that is part of the coverage. Allianz offers both types of service for more complete coverage.

Mondial, or Allianz, offers several payment methods to facilitate the purchase. Travelers can purchase Travel Insurance through a Mastercard and Visa debit card, bank slip and PayPal. Furthermore, if they prefer, they can also pay the amount in up to 6 installments for purchases with a total value above R$100.00. In these cases, the cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa and Elo.

As soon as you purchase your Travel Insurance with Allianz, you should receive the policy document via email to print and take with you during your trip. However, if for any reason you do not receive or lose the document, you can download it online for free. Simply access the website under the “Policy Reissuance” tab and download the document.

You can cancel your Travel Insurance contract and receive a full refund if the request is made within 7 calendar days. Simply click on the “Policy Cancellation” option on the website or contact the Center. If you need to change your arrival or departure dates, you can also make all requests via the Customer Service Center number. As with any other request, assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
